The service

smrtDone runs small automations for you — reminders, and processing of emails and documents you choose to send us. You pick an automation from our catalog, provide its settings, and it runs on the schedule or trigger you chose.

smrtDone is offered to residents of the United States only.

Your account

You need an account to use smrtDone. You are responsible for the email address you sign up with and for what you forward to your smrtDone address. One person, one account.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor (Stripe). Founding member prices are locked for 12 months from the start of the subscription; after that the regular price applies, and we will notify you at least 60 days before any change.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After cancelling, your results stay available for the grace period of your plan (Free 30 days, Personal 60 days, Autopilot 180 days).

Limits and fair use

Each plan has limits — active automations, how often they run, and monthly volumes of emails and documents. When a limit is reached the automation pauses and tells you; nothing is charged beyond your plan.

What you may not do

Do not use smrtDone to send spam, to process data you have no right to, or to attempt to access other accounts or disrupt the service.

Results and responsibility

Automations, including those that use AI, can make mistakes. Check important results — dates, amounts and recipients — before you rely on them. smrtDone is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to you in advance. The governing law and venue will be set on legal review.
