What we collect

Your email address and name, your plan and billing status, the settings of your automations, and the emails and files you choose to forward or upload for them to process.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to run the automations you set up, to bill you, and to email you about your account. Emails you forward are processed only by the automations you chose. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run smrtDone: hosting and database, email receiving and sending, payments (Stripe), and an AI provider for the automations that use AI. Each receives only what its part of the job needs.

How long we keep it

Results are kept for 30 days on the Free plan, and for as long as you are a member on paid plans. After you cancel, they are kept for your plan's grace period and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Your choices

You can see and delete your automations and results from your account, stop forwarding at any time in your email settings, and unsubscribe from any non-essential email. Account, billing and security emails are always sent.
